Parker by Amsale has a crisp origami bodice contrasting with an ethereal tulle skirt. I can see this high waist line being a nice option for a petite bride. One shoulder necklines also tend to be elongating to the body. Another chic and modern design from Amsale Aberra.

Angel Sanchez always surprises me with interesting new designs. His clean architectural style is contemporary, yet still feminine and bridal. The texture and silhouette of this gown from his fall 2012 collection is so unique. For a fashion forward bride who isn't afraid of being different.

With the amazing lineup of beautiful new collections shown last week at bridal market, our 2012 brides are in for a treat! There were just so many interesting designs, that I am using this week to highlight some of my favourite gowns - starting with Emotion by Monique Lhuillier. There is something so elegant about the neckline. Stunning in an understated way. For a sophisticated bride who believes less is more.

Our reporting from bridal market continues with the Pnina Tornai collection at Kleinfeld Bridal. Pnina was originally named Perla after her grandmother, which was later translated to Pnina in Hebrew. After the passing of her Mother in December of 2010, a friend compared tears to pearls. Pnina held that thought with her, and for this collection, turned pearls into tears of joy for all the happy moments on a bride's wedding day.
Heavily embellished by pearls and jewels, these dresses are for women that prefer lots of bling. I appreciated her showing straps, halters and one-shoulder gowns, as not every bride wants to wear a strapless dress. Check out these super sexy low back dresses!
